SENATE BILL NO. 183 "An Act authorizing the Department of                                                                       
Environmental Conservation to award grants for the control of air                                                               
emissions or the development and administration of air quality control                                                          
programs; and providing for an effective date" was read the second

Page 1, following line 11:                                                                                                      
 Insert a new subsection to read:                                                                                               
  "(c) It is the intent of the Legislature that vehicles purchased                                                              
     under AS 46.14.535 be capable of being fueled by either propane                                                            
     or compressed natural gas, unless analysis clearly proves that use                                                         
     of propane or compressed natural gas is not economically or
